JOB DESCRIPTION
Professionals Needed
The Protection Officer is responsible for operating every assignment according to Post Orders and providing strategic leadership and vision for the post that they are assigned to. This role involves keeping a 365 degree awareness and making senior level decisions on attempted and successful security breaches and offering lawful strategy to defend, defeat and ensuring that the service is restored back to the expected level of Protection agreed to in services rendered.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans that allow you to work in harmony with the Post Orders and objectives.
- Manage resources to efficiently and effectively operate the Post to Order Standards..
- Lead in security actions above the status quo. Intimately learn your Post, so that you develop the ability forecast the culture around you and the Post. Be sure to report daily changes in the culture.
- Provide a strong senior collaborative environment effort that encourages professional and ethical accountability.
- Police one another, to ensuring that all team members are aligned with the Post counter measures and mission.
- Drive customer service to enhance competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain rapport with on site managers and local law enforcement to use as support.
- Represent you and the organization, by being responsive to issues that warrants your attention.
Experience
- Proven education with SEC OPS RED LLC. PROTECTION ACADEMY training, “D” and “G” License training and Professional Security, Law Enforcement and or Military experience in an enriched role, within a similar industry or organization.
- Strong background in strategic planning and execution with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Demonstrated expertise in self management principles and practices.
- Exceptional skills with a track record of meaningful effectivity.
- Ability to navigate complex business environments, that may encounter your Post unexpectedly. Knowing when to ask for assistance, while maintaining good rapport with on site Clients and management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly and accurately, so to persuade forward actions.
